The main subject for 2024 was AI & Technology in Law The week was filled with exciting learning about AI & Technology as well as cultural experiences in Copenhagen.
2023 – Corporate Law and Ethics
The main subject for 2023 was Corporate Law and Ethics. The week was filled with exciting learning in the field of Corporate law and ethics combined with all the recreational activities Copenhagen has to offer.
2022 – Intellectual Property Law
The week was filled with exciting professional presentations and social activities, where participants could get to know each other, including sightseeing, delicious dinners, champagne tasting, a canal tour, and a gala ball to conclude the week.
2021 – Canceled
It was with a very heavy heart that the annual ELSA Copenhagen Summer Law School was canceled in 2020 and 2021, due to the COVID-19 virus.

2019 – Intellectual Property Law
The programme for ELSA Copenhagen’s summer law school 2019 consisted of lectures by professor Hin-Yan Liu, professor Catalin-Gabrial Stanescu, Njord Law Firm, Kennedys Law, Saxo Bank, Gorrissen Federspiel, Bruun & Hjejle, DLA Piper, The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, and Danmarks Nationalbank.

ELSA Copenhagen’s Summer Law School 2017 had Maritime Law as subject, and it included exclusive academic activities at some of the biggest companies in the maritime area.
